I Want My TSTV!
If she has her way, everyone's favorite trannie (at least David LaChappelle's), Amanda Lepore, is gonna give new meaning to the term "TS/TV." According to Page Six:
"Amanda Lepore, New York's most famous transsexual, has been featured on "The Insider" all week, and now she tells PAGE SIX she's been signed up by the William Morris Agency - which is looking to get her a television show. 'It would be about me and all my friends and going out,' the Heatherette model and David LaChappelle muse says. Lepore would be up against Suzanne Bartsch, who also claims to be getting her own night-life show."
Lord knows what La Lepore will be doing on this show--my guess, her world-famous balloon tricks--or who her guests will be--obvious choices are Cazwell, DALYPSTYXXX and Eddie Murphy--or even what network would have the balls to air it--anyone for a back-to-back Brini Maxwell/Amanda hour on Style? All I know is that my DVR will be set to "Record Entire Series" and each silicone-pumped episode will be resting comfortably on top of each "Save Until Delete" episode of "Noah's Arc."
Can't wait until the suits at Billy Morris dot the I's and cross the T's (as in transexual, natch) on the contract? My boo Mat Edwards (via Jeff "Dollface" Chiola) sent me his remix of Amanda's new debut single "My Hair Looks Fierce," "Champagne," and it's, well, just that bubblicious. I don't know if he takes his shirt off when he's behind the turntables, but I guarantee you he's a lot better looking than Junior Vasquez.
